Leg Hypertrophy Day

Leg ext-45lbs 10 sets 15 reps
Leg curls-20lbs 10 sets 12 reps
1 Leg calf raises(on leg press)-95lbs 6 sets 15 reps

Got a good pump from this especially in the hamstings.

  4. Hey guys I still squat i've done 225 for 20 reps before but then I slipped 2 discs in my back. I love squating and still do it once a week!
